What This Gym Needs More Of

Hello everyone,

I see so many people coming into the Village Fitness Gym every day, congratulations for that by the way, but who are doing the same old routine every day week in and week out. Exercise is suppose to be interresting and fun. If you aren't enjoying yourself in the gym, it will become more and more difficult for you to keep coming back, which neither of us want to see happen.

So, how do you keep your workouts interesting and fun?

The answer is to keep changing up your workouts- this way you won't get tired and bored of going to gym to workout! This simple solution will have you feeling more and more excited about the new challanges that will face you in the gym each week!

There are 2 things that I would like to see more of in the Village Fitness Gym:

1. Enthusiasm 2. Results

How do we get more enthusiastic and get better results? The only way is to train smart and challenging your body! I know it may be difficult but try not the make exercise feel like a chore, because it's not. If done correctly, it should be the best part of your day.

Come on people, live it up this weekend and show me what you've got on Monday!
